Millennials and their expectations for the real estate process.

The telephone has been the real estate agent's tool of the trade.  Gain a client's trust, list their house for sale or find a home to buy and wait for it.... CALL THEM ON THE TELEPHONE.  The younger home buyers are changing that.  Millennials, those born between 1980 and the late 90's, don't want to be bother with a conversation if it can be texted.

The millennial generation relies on technology. According to data from the National Association of Realtors, more than 50 percent of this group search for homes on their phones and 26 percent end up buying a home that they found that way.

On our website 55% of our website traffic comes from mobile phones.

The real estate website Zillow predicts that Millennials will buy more homes than those that were bought by the baby boom generation.
