482 West Sixth Street was built about 1909 in the Dutch Colonial Revival style. Originally a single family, the house was turned in to a duplex, neglected and eventually renovated and returned to single family use. The present owners renovated and refreshed and added the gorgeous new kitchen, new lighting new fencing and mechanical improvements. Although purchased to be the present owner's new private dwelling the house has only been used as an air B&B. The extra large yard would easily accommodate a garage and the house is just outside the H1-overlay so design approval is not required. The pictures speak for themselves.
